2H, 6H, and 10H Triad
Remember that house interpretations are ONLY gonna be found on my Patreon: Tai Soleil
Head of business (10H) relies on workers who do multiple jobs (6H) to make a profit (2H). This is then Artha Trikona which shows us how much we are able to cultivate our purpose/goal/aim of something that puts us in where we want to be. This is pushed through working and gaining a living because of what the modern world asks us of. Before, agriculture and food was important way of life. Having shelter (2H) and productivity (6H) were important facets of life to have that said purpose (10H). What’s become the issue I feel is that we now live in our working 6H desires to make a living 2H, but for someone else’s dreams (10H). The disconnect from higher houses I notice becomes a big problem when it comes to these House triads. The want to communicate (3H) to build bonds (7H) but the unwillingness to cooperate and come together as a community (11H). Having a private life (4H), keeping things to ourselves (12H), but nobody wanting to admit how ugly life can get (8H). This is very similar to the 10H of projections, but more so based on the higher houses that seem to become underworked. It’s like having motivation and losing interest in something overtime.
As far as the angular axis: The 7H is that sort of peer pressure of kama to change self 1H of dharma, and the 4H can be the stuff we keep in because we don’t want to be judged for who we truly are because we would have to let go of those values in moksha.
2H: profit goal
6H: what to do to make the money
10H: the success based on what career avenue one should head in and in what manner

Multitasking can create laziness. As it is known, humans are one track minded and get work done faster when they do one thing. When we are constantly changing and lack a routine, we falter. We perform our best when we do one thing. The downside is, we become basic and unwilling to change due to us only having one job. It’s best to strengthen a skill before moving to the next one. This is also a place where we can overwork just because we feel the need to place ourselves in a hamster wheel that is never ending. It’s always going to be something to do. Don’t worry about that. The main focus should be on establishing routines that work, consistency, and the ability to know when it’s time to try something else, something new, to grow and improve that systems efficiency.
Which leads me to the:
10H
Work from the 6H creates the simplicity made to improve upon work methods to obtain the 10H of success. Work has to be out here when you are reliable. The 2H is the root basis of the 6H and 10H. This goes to show anyone can be on top of the chain of careers. The problem is the 6H is often discarded as someone who is just a worker while the higher up gets all the credit. Along with this too many 10H people, there wouldn’t be any work nor profit, just visionaries that aren’t putting the work 6H in to get the 2H profit. The 6H worker who is simply working isn’t gaining the benefits of success because they refuse to think outside of the work. 10H works smart, the 6H works hard when it comes to labor. Work smarter (10H) not harder (6H). We can see the 10H position, the highest part of the chart, as the CEO, and the 6H, sitting at the low part of the chart as well, is the worker. Working hard is important, but you’ll never grow if you’re just doing 6H things. The 10H needs to come in when you need to elevate, improve, and be more efficient.

It’s easy to create a false profit by thinking there’s more labor that goes into something to equate expense when there are no differences. The marketing, 10H, can sometimes determine the profit. Even something that is cheap can have as more work gone in that something that is more expensive, but the marketing changes things. The corruption comes in The 10H is how we associate with things because we feel we need to have it through Artha. With that sort of thinking we can end up draining the base of the 2H principals. Leaving us with nothing. Along with that, the 6H can leave the 2H feeling unappreciated because most people work and don’t enjoy the fruits (2H) of their labor (6H).
