Revati: The Prince and the Princess
If you’ve seen my posts about Revati, I love us! Such an enigma. Mercury is considered the prince that wants to become King. When we look at the sign Revati, we start to notice how literal this becomes. In women, I consider this as the Princess Nakshatra. Venus exalts in this Nakshatra specifically. Revati women usually take on the protege sign where they live up to expectations set by others. Sort of like the prize that people can muse through. They are known for elevating the experience. Revati is the goddess of opulence. And when I used to think of her energy, she is a spoiled archetype to her. Her father felt like no human was good enough for her daughter unless they were more than just human. That’s why she got married to a God.
When you draw these parallels, I see how this plays out in the real world. They are often known for having some of the greatest connections in their industry, as well as having bonds with renowned artists. Janet Jackson is the younger sister of Michael Jackson. Janet is a Revati Venus. She signed one of the largest record deals. Surpassing her own brother. There was a large investment in her, and that plays into how opulent her career actually was.
Rolling Stone wrote "[a]s princess of America's black royal family, everything Janet Jackson does is important. Whether proclaiming herself in charge of her life, as she did on Control (1986), or commander in chief of a rhythm army dancing to fight society's problems (Rhythm Nation 1814, from 1989), she's influential. Whitney Houston, Revati Moon, was also known as someone who took the doors Michael opened up and created her lane for herself as one of the greatest vocalists of all time. She also was one of the main producers of Princess Diaries and Cinderella, which are both princess movies. She was also known as America’s Sweetheart. As put by wiki: “The title is typically bestowed upon a young woman publicly perceived as wholesome, charming, humble, and relatable.”
Whitney Houston having friendship with Aretha Franklin and Patti Labelle. They energetically craft out their own lane from people who are older than them. Often taking on the princess archetype.
Which leads me to someone else: Rihanna is a Revati Venus and ASC. She also fits the description of America’s sweetheart. Relatable. She has the bad girl persona and is a protege to a well known mogul and black billionaire: Jay-Z. In which she also became herself.
Revati Venus specifically are known for dating those who are financially well off. Both Rihanna and Janet dated billionaires. Brings about the “spoiled” archetype of Revati's father pairing her with someone who is above average. In their case, not even dating the 1%, but the 0.1%.
The Inverse
I wanted to cover some inverse traits of Revati.
I dated Revati , and I never actually knew the type of person I was dating. It felt like I wasn’t actually dating him, but I was dating an idea of him based on what he wanted me to see. When that persona started to crack, I saw him less and less. It was like he wanted me to remember the good times. All I remembered was the void.
As Revati Venus, we had a lot in common. We both were sugar babies. The only edge I had that created more independence than him is that I’m a Jyestha as well. So I like having more autonomy and control over my income. What I create. Revatis can take on the role where they use people if they cannot do this themselves. In some ways, this isn’t bad. Networking isn’t a bad thing in this regard. You cannot do it all. But when it starts to cloud your relationships, this makes the Revati draining to be around.
This is what I said about my Revati coworker, my ex, Lemon Pepper from Zeus, and Cardi (no shade to her I’m just observing).

One of my coworkers is Revati (my Venus mind you) and one thing I noticed about Revatis is we know our audience WELL. They have the social cues down to a science because you are mixng Mercury with Jupiter to get this output that knows how to get a result based on benevolence.
Contrary to Jyestha that does not have the social cues. Mars and Mercury is too volatile and aggressive. People are more comfy going to the Revati at work than the Jyestha because the Revati knows what to say and how to say it. Jyesthas create too much abrasion to be helpful.
This goes back to what I said about Lemmy lol. I have found some things out about this Revati coworker from different people depending on the setting. You never know how these people are bc their personalities are compartmentalized depending on who:
Lemon Pepper is a Revati Sun. They blend into whatever environment and that makes them scary. With Revati men, you aren’t entirely sure who they really are. They mask a LOT. It always seems like they’re lying or omitting something. But will convince you otherwise and believe it.

Do not get me wrong, Revatis have an honor system. But that wanes depending on the divided attention given. Knowing how to mesh a piece of your personality relative to the person you speak to. Works well professionally. But the illusion gets murky in your personal life. Why Lemmy's sanitized image dips regarding his personal relationships. It's not that the sanitized image isn't him. There is more to the story. You cannot have the personality you want us to see you as and you run Zeus network. Your network is a projection of you.
Cardi, Revati Moon, the "pussy ass Latto" comment. When benevolence is projected cannot mask what is said in private. We are human, but this is the qualm I have with Jupiterean energy. It doesn't make room for filth bc Jupiter likes to be clean in whatever manner they deem "good." So, again, with Revati's, you never know how they actually feel about you. It can turn into "I am a good person so I can slip up and be shitty sometimes, because my image is way more than that" and THAT is where Revati can slip up.
Shit. I had this issue with my Revati boo. I did not know who this nigga was behind his sanitized image. I always felt like him being too "clean" was something lurking beneath that. But I never got far because anything that would try to damage his image he gave to me? He ran. I think having a Jyestha Rising has saved me from wanting a sanitized image. I get a lil filthy, but I try to be good, but I'm human. I don't like being under a public microscope without context. Too stressful. Not every L needs to be shared.
To expand on my coworker is that depending on who you ask, that’s his persona. Like my white coworker has a different experience with him than me. He talks right wing politics with her because since she is white he can get away with it. Whereas with me he has to relate more to me through the black experience because I don’t play that shit. So, again, this makes them good at masking.
Lemmy is the same way. He hides a lot of who he is. And depending on who he is around, he acts differently if you watched the show at any point and know the history. He uses a lot of manipulation and the “good guy” act to hide ulterior motives on Zeus Network. Also his political ties to his father being the priest of Isn’treal.
So I finally decided to give HBO my money so I can watch and binge/complete Industry. Harper Stern had some traits that really made me curious when I told my mom that people like Harper are those you have to watch out for. They hide things. And it made me think about how I describe Revati's other side regarding my coworker and my ex. I was like “I bet you she is a Revati.” So I looked into the actress and Myha'la is a Revati herself. And ofc she may not be like that in real life, I consider movies and shows to be parallel universes. And only certain people can convince us of their role for a reason. So yes, this ties into things.
They are very secretive. They fit whatever scenario that will get them the best scenario. Often becoming a chameleon. You always feel like they are up to something, but you don’t know what. This is because since Venus exalts here, and this is a Mercurial Nakshatra, this creates a bit of an issue. Because Venus wants to please, Jupiter's virtuous nature, and Mercury's capitalism. This is where morals start to get skewed.
Harper does use people (I support women's wrongs though she did nothing different than what white people in corporate do everyday). And I also people disregard her allure a lot. People forgive her quite often and do her bidding. Even with getting a fake college transcript. And in the end, she still gets what she wants. That’s something that is frequently highlighted in the show. She knows how to build relationships, get them tied up in her likeness, and then cuts to the point. She came into this knowing she did not graduate, lied her way in, and did a lot of sneaky stuff to get to her goal.
Her standing on the table thing so Revati down like I can’t explain lmfaooo.
She even takes on the protege to Eric Tao and builds her way up. Her relationships with people take on the role of whatever they want her to be with her agenda in mind. It’s a very interesting dynamic to see her in as well. She is the Princess in this world because she never really has the power to make things happen..but she has connections with people who have the power to make those calls. She also likes to short sell, which falls into what I think of Mercury's capitalism and the want for risk.
Which leads me to this…Marisa Abela is a damn Jyestha Sun LMFAO they picked the most perf people to play these roles. I covered Jyestha enough so I will add her segment later.
